Total Solutions Group is an industry leader in providing modular aluminium truss for the event industry. The Medium Duty truss range features exterior dimensions of 20.5" x 20.5" (521 x 521 mm) in standard imperial and metric lengths with bespoke lengths available on request. Boasting an impressive 1,872 kg uniformly distributed load (UDL) at 9 m, Medium Duty truss is designed to meet the highest loading demands. Connection is made possible at the gusset plate using four high tensile nuts and bolts. In addition to an array of standard truss lengths, Rigging Services offers a large plant hire stock of Medium Duty truss with powder coated surface treatment, specialist circular trusses, angled or standard corners and accessories.
Specification
Medium Duty series truss is constructed of main chords (50.8 mm x 3.25 mm) and diagonals (25.44 mm x 3.25 mm). Connection with other truss is possible using M16 x 45 mm grade 8.8 high tensile (HT) nuts & bolts at the gusset plate.

With over 40 years experience in maintaining it’s own rental fleet , Rigging Services offers the same regime of inspection and testing in compliance with the LOLER regulations to it’s clients. Rigging Services engineers are all LEEA qualified as testers , inspectors and verifiers on lifting & rigging equipment.
