The Prolyte Verto truss is a revolutionary system, making truss connection fast, silent and safe. Prolyte Verto truss is based on the familiar H30V truss offering similar loading capacity and constructed of aluminium alloy main tubes (48.3 x 3 mm) and diagonals (16 x 2 mm). Equipped with the Verto coupling system, the Verto H30 truss is fast and easy to assemble requiring no tools and has no protruding parts. Coupling parts can be replaced, prolonging the general lifetime of your truss. The main benefit however is the silent connection and reduced assembly time. Tested general sound levels are around 55 dB, where a conical truss system generates a sound level of 80 dB during assembly. Less noise translates into improved work floor communication and safety. Tested general assembly times are up to 3 times faster than those for truss with conical coupling systems and 7 times faster than any bolted truss. The Verto H30 truss is a versatile system with many potential applications and available in a square profile and a range accessories.
