Petzl Helmet Eye/Face Protection

Owners of the VERTEX (2019 and newer) and STRATO helmets can supplement their helmet with eye or face protection against projectile hazards. Attachment requires no tools thanks to Petzl's EASYCLIP system and can be quickly pivoted from work position to storage position on top of the helmet. All protection is made from polycarbonate material offering both scratch and fog resistance. The VIZIR, VIZIR SHADOW and VIZEN have the added feature of protecting the user even while wearing eyeglasses. In addition to offering eye protection from projectile hazards, the VIZIR SHADOW adds an additional level of eye protection from the sun with a 2.5 solar filter, while the VIZEN protects the eyes and face from short-circuit electrical arcs with exceptional 180° peripheral vision. All Petzl products are guaranteed for three years against any defects in materials or manufacture.
