The RS Noir black harness is an adjustable full body harness that functions as a combined fall arrest, sitting and work positioning harness for persons weighing up to 100kg. Working at height has been simplified by balancing freedom of movement without compromising comfort or safety allowing the user to devote full attention to the task at hand.

Secure Attachment Points
Steel alloy ‘D’ attachment points placed strategically in a variety of locations make this harness suitable for use in a number of applications. The sternal (front upper) anchor point is fitted at the users centre of gravity for use in suspension situations. Attachment points positioned at the waist evenly distribute the load on the waist belt for sit and/or work positioning in conjunction with support of the users feet. The dorsal (rear) and sternal anchor point also function as a fall arrest connection point to correctly position the user in the event of a fall arrest. Protected polyester loops offer generous space for the secure attachment of tools.
Comfortable and Ergonomic
The RS Noir harness is manufactured with safety and comfort in mind. Excellent weight distribution is achieved with wide 44mm polyester webbing in conjunction with thick padding in critical pressure areas – the shoulders, hips and upper thighs to maximise user comfort. Fully adjustable leg straps with easy-slot steel alloy buckles are designed to move with the body allowing for a wide range of movement. The work positioning belt evenly distributes weight over a large area of the pelvic region giving excellent comfort and minimising user fatigue. An integrated chest strap secures the upper harness to the waist belt using aPetzl OK Screwlock karabiner giving stability and preventing the shoulder straps from slippage and thereby chafing of the shoulders and neck regions.
Certification
Labelled with an individual serial number for traceability and packed in a polythene carry bag with ‘Instructions For Safe Use’ and ‘Inspection Record’ card. This harness has been tested and approved for persons weighing up to 100kg. Certified to BS EN 813, BS EN 358 and CE marked for peace of mind.
